Ikea is best known for its ready-to-assemble furniture, minimalistic designs, and affordable prices. One of their charming features is their simple monochromatic set of line drawings in their manuals that turn ordinary homeowners into carpenters. I was so drawn to its design that I thought how cool would it be to animate these little guys?!
One of the illustrations that caught my attention was an image of the Ikea man struggling to lift a table top. This sparked an idea of reminding people, do not work alone. For your safety, ask for help. Which can also be interpreted into a deeper message.
